Payments and subscriptions
Bookedly supports tutor workflows for paid offers, manual/offline payment tracking, pay-later balances, and subscription-based access where enabled.
Payment setup
Section titled “Payment setup”Manual/offline payment is the launch payment path. Review your payment settings before sharing paid offer pages.
Manual payments
Section titled “Manual payments”If you record a payment manually, enter only the details needed to reconcile the lesson or package. Do not store card details, bank passwords, or private payment credentials in notes.
Pay-later balances
Section titled “Pay-later balances”If a learner has a pay-later purchase, record balance payments when money is received. Keep the payment note short and factual.
Tutor subscriptions
Section titled “Tutor subscriptions”If your tutor account uses a subscription, keep billing details up to date so your workspace access and paid features continue without interruption.
