Manage bookings

Bookings help you keep your teaching schedule and student commitments in one place.

  1. Sign in to your tutor workspace.
  2. Open your bookings or calendar view.
  3. Review upcoming lessons.
  4. Confirm, update, or follow up on bookings as needed.

A booking may be requested, confirmed, completed, cancelled, or marked in another state depending on your workflow. Use the state that best reflects what actually happened.

  1. A learner requests a booking from an active purchase.
  2. You review the requested time and note.
  3. Confirm the booking if it works.
  4. Reschedule or cancel if the time is not possible.
  5. Mark the lesson complete after it happens.
  6. Mark no-show only when the learner missed the lesson under your policy.

When a booking changes, tell the student clearly. Include the date, time, and what changed so there is no confusion.
