Email not received

If an expected Bookedly email does not arrive, check the simple causes first.

  1. Inbox
  2. Spam or junk folder
  3. Promotions or updates tabs
  4. Other email accounts you may have used

If a tutor invited you, ask them to confirm the exact email address they used. A small typo can send the invitation to the wrong place.

If the email arrived but the link expired, request a new sign-in link or ask the tutor to send a new invitation.

Include your account email, tutor name if relevant, and the approximate time the email was expected.
