Email not received
If an expected Bookedly email does not arrive, check the simple causes first.
Check these places
Section titled “Check these places”- Inbox
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions or updates tabs
- Other email accounts you may have used
Ask the sender to check
Section titled “Ask the sender to check”If a tutor invited you, ask them to confirm the exact email address they used. A small typo can send the invitation to the wrong place.
Request a fresh link
Section titled “Request a fresh link”If the email arrived but the link expired, request a new sign-in link or ask the tutor to send a new invitation.
Contact support
Section titled “Contact support”Include your account email, tutor name if relevant, and the approximate time the email was expected.
