Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Most students join Bookedly through a tutor invitation or a tutor offer page. If you are unsure where to start, ask your tutor for the correct booking link or invitation.
What students can usually do
Section titled “What students can usually do”After setup, you can review offers, request bookings from active purchases, view lesson records, download shared files, complete assignments, and manage privacy requests from your learner portal.
When something does not look right
Section titled “When something does not look right”Most student issues come from one of three causes: using the wrong email address, an invitation that has not been accepted yet, or a purchase that does not have available credits. Start with the student FAQ or missing lessons or records.
