Payment verification

Some manual/offline checkouts may create a pending payment record for the tutor to verify.

  1. Open the tutor payment area.
  2. Review pending payments.
  3. Confirm the learner, offer, amount, and payment evidence.
  4. Verify the payment only if it has actually been received.
  5. Contact the learner if something does not match.
  • The learner has not paid yet.
  • The amount does not match the offer or agreement.
  • You cannot identify the learner or purchase.
  • The payment evidence looks suspicious or incomplete.

The learner’s credits or purchase status may update after verification. Check the learner record if the booking option still does not appear.
