- The booking, offer, or student name involved if relevant
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead
Do not send

Urgent lesson changes
Section titled “Urgent lesson changes”If a lesson is starting soon, contact the tutor directly as well as support. Support can help with the app, but your tutor controls the lesson arrangement.
What support can and cannot do
Section titled “What support can and cannot do”Support can help investigate app access, missing records, technical errors, and privacy requests. Support cannot decide a tutor’s lesson policy, confirm a lesson time on behalf of a tutor, or verify a manual payment that the tutor has not received.
