For lesson-specific questions, students should contact their tutor first. For technical account or app problems, contact Bookedly support.

  • The booking, offer, or student name involved if relevant
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened instead
  • Passwords
  • One-time sign-in links
  • Full card numbers

If a lesson is starting soon, contact the tutor directly as well as support. Support can help with the app, but your tutor controls the lesson arrangement.

Support can help investigate app access, missing records, technical errors, and privacy requests. Support cannot decide a tutor’s lesson policy, confirm a lesson time on behalf of a tutor, or verify a manual payment that the tutor has not received.
