Checkout may be unavailable if an offer is not active, your account is not ready, or the tutor’s payment setup requires manual handling.

  1. Confirm you are signed in.
  2. Check that you are using the correct offer link.
  3. Review the offer for manual payment instructions.
  4. Contact the tutor if the offer should be available.
  1. Confirm the offer is active and published where students should see it.
  2. Review payment settings.
  3. Check whether manual/offline payment is enabled.
  4. Update the offer text if students need to contact you before paying.

Include the offer link, your account email, the tutor name, and what happened when checkout failed. Do not send card numbers or bank login details.
