Manage time zones

Bookedly can show booking slots in your selected time zone while keeping the tutor’s schedule in the tutor’s teaching time zone.

Check the time zone before booking

1. Open the booking request page.
2. Look for the time zone shown near the available slots.
3. Change the display time zone if Bookedly offers that control.
4. Review the lesson date and time again before submitting the request.

When to be extra careful

• You recently travelled.
• Your device time zone is wrong.
• Your tutor teaches from another country.
• Daylight saving time changes soon.
• The lesson is for a student in a different location from the account holder.

If a time looks wrong

Do not book the slot yet. Confirm the intended date, time, and time zone with your tutor first.
