Students usually create an account from a tutor invitation, a public offer checkout, or a booking link shared by their tutor.

Create your account

1. Open the link your tutor sent you.
2. Enter the email address you want to use for lessons.
3. Follow the checkout, sign-in, or account steps shown on the screen.
4. Check your inbox if Bookedly sends a checkout status link or one-time sign-in link.
5. After signing in, review your dashboard and confirm that your tutor or lesson offer looks correct.

Use the right email

Use the same email address you used for checkout or the email address your tutor invited. If you use a different address, your lessons, credits, or records may not appear in your account.

If you cannot access your account

Check that you are using the right email address and the newest sign-in link. If you are still stuck, contact your tutor first. They can confirm the email address connected to your learner profile.
