Reschedule or cancel a lesson

Your tutor’s cancellation policy determines whether a lesson can be moved, cancelled, refunded, or counted as used.

  1. Open your Bookedly student area.
  2. Find the booking you want to change.
  3. Use the available reschedule option if one is shown.
  4. Choose a new available time.
  5. Add a short note if needed.
  6. If you do not see a reschedule option, contact your tutor directly.
  1. Open the booking details.
  2. Review any cancellation notes.
  3. Cancel the lesson if the option is available.
  4. Contact your tutor if you need help or if the cancellation window has passed.

If you miss a lesson without cancelling in time, the lesson may still count as used. Check the tutor’s offer terms or ask your tutor before booking if you are unsure.

If your tutor reschedules or cancels a booking, check the updated booking details and confirm the new time works for you. Keep any important agreement in writing so both sides have the same expectation.
