Reschedule or cancel a lesson
Your tutor’s cancellation policy determines whether a lesson can be moved, cancelled, refunded, or counted as used.
Reschedule a lesson
Section titled “Reschedule a lesson”- Open your Bookedly student area.
- Find the booking you want to change.
- Use the available reschedule option if one is shown.
- Choose a new available time.
- Add a short note if needed.
- If you do not see a reschedule option, contact your tutor directly.
Cancel a lesson
Section titled “Cancel a lesson”- Open the booking details.
- Review any cancellation notes.
- Cancel the lesson if the option is available.
- Contact your tutor if you need help or if the cancellation window has passed.
No-shows
Section titled “No-shows”If you miss a lesson without cancelling in time, the lesson may still count as used. Check the tutor’s offer terms or ask your tutor before booking if you are unsure.
When a tutor changes the lesson
Section titled “When a tutor changes the lesson”If your tutor reschedules or cancels a booking, check the updated booking details and confirm the new time works for you. Keep any important agreement in writing so both sides have the same expectation.
