Login and account access
Use the email address connected to your Bookedly account or invitation.
If a sign-in link does not work
Section titled “If a sign-in link does not work”- Open the newest email from Bookedly.
- Check that the link has not expired.
- Try signing in again from the app.
- Confirm that you are using the correct email address.
If you do not see expected lessons or students
Section titled “If you do not see expected lessons or students”You may be signed in with a different email address. Sign out and try the email your tutor or student used for the invitation.
Account security
Section titled “Account security”Do not share sign-in links with other people. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact support.
Tutor and student access are different
Section titled “Tutor and student access are different”Tutors sign in to manage learners, offers, bookings, payments, and records. Students sign in to use the learner portal. If you think your account has the wrong role, contact support and include your account email.
