Login and account access

Use the email address connected to your Bookedly account or invitation.

  1. Open the newest email from Bookedly.
  2. Check that the link has not expired.
  3. Try signing in again from the app.
  4. Confirm that you are using the correct email address.

If you do not see expected lessons or students

You may be signed in with a different email address. Sign out and try the email your tutor or student used for the invitation.

Do not share sign-in links with other people. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact support.

Tutors sign in to manage learners, offers, bookings, payments, and records. Students sign in to use the learner portal. If you think your account has the wrong role, contact support and include your account email.
