Sign-in links and invitations

Bookedly may use one-time links for invitations and account access.

If you requested a new sign-in link or your tutor sent a new invitation, use the latest email. Older links may expire or be replaced.

One-time sign-in and invitation links are personal. Do not forward them to another learner, parent, colleague, or tutor.

If a tutor invited name@example.com, sign in with that same email. Using a different email can make bookings, offers, or learning records appear missing.

  1. Check that you opened the newest email.
  2. Copy the full link if your email app split it.
  3. Try again in the same browser where you want to sign in.
  4. Ask the tutor or support for a fresh invitation if needed.
