Pay-later balances

Some offers may allow a learner to start with a pay-later arrangement. The tutor then records payments as the balance is paid.

For students

Ask your tutor when payment is due, how to pay, and what happens if payment is late. Keep your own receipt or proof of payment.

For tutors

1. Open the pay-later purchase or payment area.
2. Confirm the learner and purchase.
3. Record the received amount.
4. Add a short payment note.
5. Save the record and check the remaining balance.

Avoid confusion

Do not mix payments from different learners or packages in one note. Record payments as close as possible to the time they are received.
