Accept an invitation

Tutors can invite students to Bookedly so lessons, bookings, records, and learning materials are connected to the right account.

Before you start

Use the newest invitation email from your tutor. Invitation and sign-in links are usually time-sensitive, so an older email may no longer work.

Accept the invitation

1. Open the invitation link from your tutor.
2. Confirm that the tutor name or lesson context looks familiar.
3. Sign in or create your account using the email address that received the invitation.
4. Complete learner setup if Bookedly asks for it.
5. Return to your learner portal and check that the tutor relationship appears.

If the invitation opens the wrong account

You may already be signed in with another email. Sign out, reopen the invitation link, and sign in with the email address your tutor invited.

If the invitation expired

Ask your tutor to send a new invitation. Do not forward old sign-in or invitation links to another person.
