Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows

Cancellation and refund rules can depend on the tutor’s offer terms and the status of the booking or payment.

Review the offer terms before booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact your tutor as early as possible.

State your cancellation and no-show policy clearly on your offer pages. Keep the wording simple so students know what happens if they miss or change a lesson.

If a refund may be needed, gather the booking date, payment date, tutor name, student email, and reason for the request. Do not include full card numbers or private payment credentials.
