Missing lessons or records

Missing content is often caused by signing in with a different email address than the one connected to the tutor relationship.

Sign out and sign back in with the email address your tutor used for the invitation or offer.

  • Check that learner setup is complete.
  • Confirm the tutor relationship is active.
  • Ask your tutor whether the record, assignment, or file was shared.
  • Check whether the purchase has available credits before requesting a booking.
  • Confirm the learner was added with the correct email.
  • Check whether the learner accepted the invitation.
  • Review the learner detail page for records, assignments, files, and bookings.
  • Confirm the offer or purchase is active.

Contact support if both tutor and student can identify the correct account but the expected record still does not appear.
