Missing lessons or records
Missing content is often caused by signing in with a different email address than the one connected to the tutor relationship.
Check your account email
Section titled “Check your account email”Sign out and sign back in with the email address your tutor used for the invitation or offer.
For students
Section titled “For students”- Check that learner setup is complete.
- Confirm the tutor relationship is active.
- Ask your tutor whether the record, assignment, or file was shared.
- Check whether the purchase has available credits before requesting a booking.
For tutors
Section titled “For tutors”- Confirm the learner was added with the correct email.
- Check whether the learner accepted the invitation.
- Review the learner detail page for records, assignments, files, and bookings.
- Confirm the offer or purchase is active.
When to contact support
Section titled “When to contact support”Contact support if both tutor and student can identify the correct account but the expected record still does not appear.
