Students can review privacy-related information from the learner portal.
What you may be able to do
Section titled “What you may be able to do”- Review learning-record consent
- Request a data export
- Ask for a privacy-related change or review
- Download an export when it is ready
Request a data export
Section titled “Request a data export”- Sign in to Bookedly.
- Open the learner portal.
- Go to My data or the privacy area.
- Choose the export request option.
- Follow the instructions shown on the page.
Learning-record consent
Section titled “Learning-record consent”Learning-record consent controls whether learning records can be stored and shown for your tutor relationship. If you have questions about consent, contact support before changing anything.
Keep private data out of messages
Section titled “Keep private data out of messages”Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, bank login details, or one-time sign-in links through messages or support requests.
