Manage learners
Learner relationships connect a student account to your tutor workspace.
Add a learner
Section titled “Add a learner”- Sign in to your tutor workspace.
- Open Learners.
- Choose Add learner.
- Enter the learner details and email address.
- Send or save the invitation according to the options shown.
After the learner accepts
Section titled “After the learner accepts”The learner may need to complete learner setup before bookings, learning records, and reports are fully available.
Learner detail page
Section titled “Learner detail page”Use the learner detail page to review records, goals, assignments, files, bookings, and relevant payment context for that learner.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”- If the learner cannot see your materials, confirm they accepted the invitation with the right email.
- If the learner used another email, decide whether to invite the correct account again.
- If an invited learner is stuck, ask them to check the newest invitation email.
