Group classes

Group classes let tutors manage learners, sessions, enrollments, and attendance for lessons taught to more than one student.

Manage enrollment

1. Open the group class.
2. Review current enrollments.
3. Add a learner when they should join the class.
4. Cancel an enrollment if the learner should no longer attend.

Record attendance

1. Open the group class session.
2. Choose the attendance option.
3. Mark who attended.
4. Save the attendance record.

Keep expectations clear

Tell learners how group class cancellations, missed sessions, and make-up lessons work before they enroll.

Common issues

• If a learner is missing from the enrollment list, confirm they have a learner relationship with you.
• If attendance was recorded incorrectly, update it as soon as possible.
• If payments are handled outside Bookedly, keep your manual records consistent.
