I was invited but cannot see my tutor. What should I check?

Make sure you signed in with the same email address your tutor invited. If you used a different email, sign out and try again with the invited address.

Setup records your Terms/privacy acknowledgement and learning-record consent. Bookedly needs those before showing bookings, offers, learning records, and reports in the learner portal.

Why can I see an offer but not book a lesson?

You may need an active purchase or available lesson credits first. If you paid outside Bookedly, your tutor may need to record or verify the payment before booking is available.

Your tutor may not have availability in the selected month, your purchase may not have available credits, or the offer may not allow booking at that moment. Check another month if available, then contact your tutor.

Do not book until the time is clear. Check your device time zone, the time zone shown on the booking page, and confirm with your tutor.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson myself?

Sometimes. If the booking page shows a cancel or reschedule option, use it. If not, contact your tutor directly.

Open the learning area in your learner portal. If something is missing, ask your tutor to confirm it was shared with the right learner account.

Can Bookedly support change my lesson time?

Support can help with app problems, but your tutor controls lesson arrangements. Contact your tutor for lesson-time changes.

Open the privacy or My data area in the learner portal and use the export or data request options. See privacy and data.

Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in links, full card numbers, bank login details, or private credentials.
